A lipidomic atlas of cells of the human and mouse immune systems

The Cellular Lipid Atlas is the result of a collaboration between the Haematopoiesis and Leukocyte Biology Laboratory and the Metabolomics Laboratory at the Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute (Melbourne, Australia). The atlas was created by Dr Gerard Pernes during his PhD studies, and was conceived and developed by Dr Graeme Lancaster and Professor Andrew Murphy.

Please contact either Graeme Lancaster (Graeme.Lancaster@baker.edu.au) or Andrew Murphy (Andrew.Murphy@baker.edu.au) for any information relating to this work. We would be delighted to hear from colleagues who are interested in this work and who might wish to use the cellular lipid atlas in their own work. Our colleagues are of course free to use the data in the cellular lipid atlas in their own work. If you do use data from the cellular lipid atlas we would very much appreciate that you acknowledge this site (www.cellularlipidatlas.com) and refer to our up-coming paper which describes the cellular lipid atlas in full as well as describes its application to identify the roles of specific lipids in immune cell function.
